MyMx Personal Health Record

MyMx is a personal health record. You can keep yours and your familys record of everything to do with your health. Once you have added a patient record, you can add information about Medications, Notes, Documents, Results, Observations, Appointments and Care Plans.

If your provider uses the MMEx eHealth platform, you can ask them to provide you with a code that will allow you to synchronise your patient summary from their records into MyMx.
